"We bought the floor lament and they installed it. We bought the toilet and they installed it. The sewer pipe got connected to the toilet drain. And the workman sealed the floor.

"We were having drain issues on a Friday night. We finally called Mr. Plumber after checking reviews on Angie's list. Once we called, they responded quickly. They were up front on the estimated cost per hour. They came out late Friday evening and tried to clear the drain, going almost 100 feet in without any luck. They said they would need to come back the next day and do a camera inspection. They did their camera inspection and still could not get a good view after some distance in the pipe due to the blockage, but had an idea on where the blockage was. They said at that point they would have to dig in the yard to get the pipe. They took care of getting the permits from the city and worked with them on the inspections to complete the work. Despite the high cost, we were able to get most the work covered by making a claim to our homeowners insurance because of how long it took. I would recommend them."

"Joel and his partners were very professional and easy to work with. We were impressed that they are engineers not plumbers. We would highly recommend this trenchless relining process as an alternative to anyone contemplating the replacement of a sewer line."

"Under-slab sewer repair work. Under ground water supply line repair/replace. Since I first started using Triple J Plumbing in 2015, they have always performed the required work above expectations and at a competitive price. I highly recommend. Ron Escue, SVP- Property Management, Bradley Company"

"Don't dig up your city sewer! Nu Flow will come in, line your existing one at a competitive price, and you don't have to tear up your yard, patio, sidewalk, driveway, life, etc!! Thanks Nu Flow for not ruining my property like traditional digging. Great experience. I would say I plan on using them again, but not really, as I don't plan on having sewer issues any more. They provided me with a quote on a Wednesday, I paid Friday, they completed the job the following Tuesday. Could not be happier."

"Not well. It was a young guy who did not bring the proper tools to complete the job. He said that he had forgot the rotor rooter and would need to go get it. Well, some how that changed to him saying that he tried to unplug it with some other piping tool he had but couldn't clear it and if we still wanted it clear, we would need to call back and set it up with John for an additional fee of over $200. I was not happy about this. Me and my husband decided to call a professional well service company and they told us that our well was fine. It was not going dry and what needed to be done was that the well pump had to be replaced. That company was C&J Well and Drilling from Brownsburg. If you have a well, I would highly recommend them, not John & John. We have been customers of John & John for years. They were always my go to plumbing company and I would typically probably rate them an A-B for regular plumbing service. After this apt. though, I could not ever give them a professional rating like that again. The young man was very friendly, but had to stay on the phone with his boss to figure out what the problem was. I don't think it was all his fault. I think they should have sent someone with more experience in servicing wells. I do think it's his fault for not bringing the rotor rooter though. I don't think it's appropriate to come and complete service without the proper tools. I gave the office a detailed explanation of the problems that I was experiencing and feel that they should have at least came prepared to fix the problem. I think carrying a rotor rooter should be a necessary, basic tool to carry as a plumber. Maybe I'm wrong. Just my thoughts. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use them again. I hope they are able to make some improvements to the company."

"This particular incident involved cleaning out a drain to prevent my washing machine from backing up into my kitchen sinks. Gardner arrived 30 minutes after my phone call and cleared the drain within 30 minutes.

"It was great at first! But you don't understand how good work is until it's been done for about a year. There are a couple things that I really drive me nuts about the work performed:
- the drywall isn't even so the baseboards and crown modeling has gaps that we have to keep caulking
- there are strings that are coming off the carpet
- you can see a gap in the padding under the carpet
- the cords in the back of the TV are coming from a drilled hole, they didn't put a plate over it (didn't notice this until long after work was done)
- the light switch plates aren't flat on the wall
- the door knob of the door they installed is already coming off (cheap!)
- there are waves in the ceiling where the drywall didn't match up straight
A couple of these things we had them come back out and look at but after it's complete, there is little that can be done. Because there is a flood, insurance paid for portion but we chose to upgrade a lot since our basement was old in the first place. Since we weren't a high paying job, clearly we were back burner. I wish I would have paid more attention at the time the work was done but I didn't. Lesson learned and we would use someone that pays better attention to the details.
