They were scheduled to start the job on a Monday, to my surprise they came out early (Thursday) to remove and haul away my old chain link fence, deliver materials and prep everything for Monday. As promised they arrived on Monday morning. I have huge fence line and they completed the fence in a day and a half. His crew was also very professional, polite and accommodating. The sellers hired him to complete a punch list of repair items. When we got to my clients final walk through, there were a handful of items that were not complete. We were assured that Mark was a reliable contact and for my client to reach out to him to make sure everything was taken care of post settlement. What a mistake. For months, my client and I tried to reach him. We did hear back once to coordinate a time, but once responded, nothing again. These were not groundbreaking repairs, so perhaps they weren’t worth his time, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating.
