The price was a little higher than other bids, but he presented the most professional ideas, demonstrated experience, and we were very confident with PVI. His crew was great, and they did a beautiful job. It was finished last November just before the weather got cold. We asked him back in the spring to trim up some of the concrete edges when were doing some landscaping and he came back out and finished it off. We are very happy with the work, and would definitely recommend."

I had to catch them on my video. Not only that it took over one year to the work proposed work. TOTAL FRAUD. I will be going to court...."

With the upgrade we are able to not only use multiple major appliances at once but able to use the USB to charge our devices on every floor. With this upgrade we were able to use a stationary generator in our back next to our home with just a flick of a switch we have power to our entire house when the power goes out in these uncertain times. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
