"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

When we called and requested an estimate, our call was returned promptly by James and an onsite inspection was completed within a few days. His estimate beat all others, was accepted and installation scheduled within a few weeks. We brought roofers to inspect and they said the root cause was due to using caulk due to gutter installation. Tried to work with them a few times but they just kept ignoring me or i had to push. I had to replace a section of the roof due to their incompetence and will be filling a BBB report. Avoid"
