Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). "It was great! Mr Murphy came out to show us his sunroom designs. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to customize as to exactly match our brick and roof along with other details. He then sent a 3D image with all details along with a very detailed price list. We signed the contract then waited until after the winter to start. Everything went perfect! They obtained the permit, They had great, carpenters, electricians, tile professional and woodworker to attend to every detail. We are delighted, after a recent storm with near 60 mph winds coming right at us from an empty cornfield, not a creek or a moan could be heard. It's so well constructed. Armando, in the shop was always available to answer every question and make sure everything was taken care of."

"This was a great experience.  The company came out to our home and did a rendition on the computer to show us almost exactly what the room would look like on the home, and that was awesome to see.  Then they followed their production schedule.  The permit took a few weeks to get, but once they got the permit, the process was quick and easy.  The only glitch was that when the room was built, they did not have all matching locks for our doors, but they got that taken care of within a couple of days of the room being done, and now all the locks match.  The room is absolutely beautiful!  This is our favorite room in the house!"
