Steve is a highly reputable person and explains things easily for people not in the Heating & A/C industry. He is very straight-forward with his quote and doesn't try to pressure or scare you into purchasing something you do not need. Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

"He was very good.  I had some company coming from out of town and my air conditioning wasn't working.  He came that day to fix it.  He knows what he is doing.  He gets the job done.  He came within 1/2 hour of my phone call because he was in the area.  He got my air conditioner going right away.  It was really hot that day.  He took care of it right away.  He could have tried to tell me it was the compressor or something, but he didn't.  He was prompt, he did a good job, and he was fair.  He installed a furnace and air conditioner at my mother's house as well.  He did a good job there too.  He was here previously to try and quiet down my air conditioning, but nothing seemed to work too well.  He was really good on the installation, but I thought he was a little high on the repair. "

The furnace had been replaced by another HVAC <br /> company twelve years ago and they sold and installed an efficient 2-stage unit <br /> but never enabled its 2-stage operation. Tim included correcting this issue in <br /> his proposal. <br /> I also explained the symptoms of the current system problem <br /> and he suggested that the problem be diagnosed and corrected prior to <br /> installation of a new air conditioner. <br /> I received two proposals for the air conditioner replacement. <br /> TRM's was considerably lower for equivalent units (American Standard versus <br /> Lennox) and work. Once I informed Tim of my decision to go with his proposal, <br /> he had a service man out the next business day to diagnose and resolve the <br /> problem. Diagnosis turned out to be a little tricky and it required multiple <br /> part orders and visits but in each case, Tim's service person kept me up to <br /> date on the order status and immediately scheduled the service visit once the <br /> parts were available. Tim's service person was friendly, prompt, and <br /> informative. Tim also waived the labor cost for the diagnoses and repair given <br /> that I had accepted his proposal to replace the air conditioner - you don't see <br /> concessions like this very often. <br /> With the furnace issue resolved, the air conditioner <br /> installation proceeded and once again, Tim's people were excellent. They called <br /> ahead to let me know their arrival time which was within the two hour scheduled <br /> time, they were friendly and very informative. The installation was done very <br /> well and was completed within the estimated time frame. <br /> The bottom line is that TR Miller has a very professional and courteous <br /> staff with years of experience. They did great work and I would highly <br /> recommend them. I'll certainly be using TRM for my future HVAC needs. <br /> <br />"
