Hope was the only one able to come out today, JP showed up promptly, was very professionally, explained exactly what he was doing, was thorough, took the time to answer my questions which was a lot of them and was able to get everything working like it should again. I decided to sign up for their annual service and I have already received the notice that Ben is on his way to do a camera inspection which was included in my cost today. They send me text messages with photos of the employees due to show up, a little background on the employee and I couldn't be happier with Hope Plumbing! I highly recommend this company for anything and everything plumbing related."

He gave me a very fair price due to the work/time that I believe that he put into my job. He has a discount for senior citizens, which I believe to be grand in these economic times. My toilet was original to the home. He had parts to replace the old ones. On top of that, he cleans his work area and leaves things as close to the way he found them, as much as humanly possible. "I called on a Sunday night just so they would call me back first thing Monday. I didn't expect it, but the owner called me back Sunday night! He reassured me that the office would call Monday morning to set up something for that day and walked me through turning off the water heater. They called the next morning and were at my house by 11:30. Turns out it wasn't my water heater, but a broken pipe in the wall near the water heater.
