"Although Mr. Tremain was the first to look at my bathrooms, I didn't get an estimate from him until two weeks after I had received an estimate from both other companies. Also, after one of the other companies suggested a kind of cabinet that I liked better (65 inch, two doors and center drawers) than the two 30-inch cabinets with spacers that Mr. Tremain suggested, so I called and left a message asking whether he could do that kind of cabinet. I never heard from him. Still,if I were to re-do our third bathroom, I would call this company and give them another chance."

"The technician that came to our home was really nice and did a thorough job. He was there about 2 hours and did a few little things free of charge (tightening faucets that were loose, for example). We talked a lot about getting a water softener and about how different the water is in Indiana since we were both transplants to the area - he was very knowledgable and recommended we get a water softener but wasn't overly pushy about it. We'd ultimately like to get the water softener in the future, and will likely use this company to perform the installation. The only problem I had is that they charged an additional driving fee on top of the big deal that wasn't written in the fine print - about $60 I believe. I'd be less irritated by it had the woman who I scheduled with mentioned it beforehand."
