"Sean has done the following for me: Painted my interior walls Replaced the foundation under the add on room in my house Remodeled my bathroom Repaired a ceiling leak Transitioned my woodburning fireplace to gas Rebuilt my front porch He does amazing work and is always reliable with reasonable rates. I could not recommend him more!"

"We own a very old home, built in the late 1800s. We wanted it insulated better. They took the vinyl siding off, removed the clapboards under it, wrapped the house and put blue board insulation over that. They then put old vinyl back on. Did a wonderful job and extremely professional and knowledgeable!"

"They did the job as requested originally and stopped the leak, yes. Super Nice people, however charged me $500 just to come out from 2 hours away in a emergency. After realizing it was needed to open up the plastic of course it was all wet ( the insulation) I requested it all to be removed and replaced with new installation. And taped back up. They did not remove the old insulation they did however use some of my 2 inch foam and tape to basically hold it in place. So all in all a $8.99 piece cost me $600 for the whole job they did. I'm not impressed, but I'm glad the leak stopped. I will still have to go under there and fix the insulation the right way. When it's warm enough."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"Overall they did good work. Show up on time, clean etc. Getting Him to come back and fix small issues after the work is done is another problem. You will have contact him 3 to 4 times before you get a response. still waiting for warranty repairs from winter 2013.

"Work was very conscientious, efficient, timely but not rushed, not at all disruptive. Seemed to be great quality work. Repair of leak on the deck resolved the issue as there was no leak after a recent heavy rain. Gave Pedersen Builders only 4 of 5 stars for work quality only because will have to wait for winter to see if the roof "spikes" do their job to break up the ice and snow buildup. If so, then their work is perfect. Will definitely hire them again!"
