"Canâ t say enough good things about Max, Felix and the rest of the team. They replaced an aging/rotting wood deck with a beautiful composite deck. It completely revitalized our back yard. We kept the existing framing/substructure, There were some unexpected issues with the existing deck construction they were able to fix. Theyâ re easy to work with, responsive, and clearly work hard to meet your needs. The price was very reasonable. Iâ m glad they do things other than decks because Iâ ll definitely hire them again in the future for other projects."

"The project went very well and Above and Beyond Construction was very easy to work with. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done. We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. They were very responsive if we had questions and were flexible if we wanted to make changes while construction was going on. "Communication is so critical with contractors, and Tom is second-to-none. I always knew who was coming to my home and when. From the very first meeting, which was arranged at 5 pm and he was at our front door at 4:59, his entire team was prompt and work was done as promised, when promised. The friendly, talented crew did outstanding work. This wasn't a huge project (remodeling a second bathroom), but Tom and his team made me feel like I my project mattered. The bathroom is beautiful. Can't recommend them highly enough, and I will absolutely hire them for my next project, big or small."

"Jack took detailed notes during home quote visit and provided us an initial estimate over the phone. His proposal was comparable to other bids we got. We decided to move forward and he sent us a written estimate via email. The first estimate was slightly over original amount due to known possibility with electrical and additional work we wanted. They started the project and it took about 6 weeks to complete. There were some bumps in the beginning with days/time they were working but we were able to sort that out and all was good. Ralph was the main guy that did most of the work. He did a nice job and made sure to clean up after the end of each day. Basement turned out great and We are very happy with it."

"Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. <br />"
