Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). Added plus to all of this, they have a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship!!!"

"Jakubek is a reliable family business, and we absolutely loved working with the father-son duo (David&Robert). They were on top of the project from the start, giving us a clear understanding of what to expect in what phase and their estimates were fair with clear breakdowns (unlike other companies giving you quotes based on fluffy assumptions). They have a good team of workers who did an excellent job in both our bathrooms, which we renovated, so the work included several things from structure change to tile installation, electrical, plumbing and handy services. More than the people or the work itself though, we appreciated the project management and communication from David. David constantly communicating and sharing updates on the project helped us move smoothly and stay on top of everything. We love our bathrooms now, and we feel like we live in a totally new home because both bathrooms completely changed! "We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

Mr. Nermin did a great job.  His company replied to my on-line inquiries immediately and was able to come out and evaluate what was wrong on that same day.  He went an extra mile in creating a makeshift fix until  he could come back with the proper tools and equipment.  Mr. Nermin was highly professional and excellent at what he does.  I would hire him again in a heart beat.  The price was very reasonable.

"Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber.
