HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING ABOUT DISCUSSING SOME UNRELATED PLUMBING CONCERNS, THOUGH MADE IT CLEAR I WOULD HAVE TO SCHEDULE AN ACTUAL ESTIMATE WITH SOMEONE ELSE IN THE COMPANY. HE SEEMED EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPLAINING PROS AND CONS OF SHORT TERM VS LONG TERM SOLUTIONS TO VARIOUS REMODELING PROBLEMS. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, NEATNESS AND FRIENDLY MANNER. THE PRICE SEEMED FAIR COMPARED TO OTHER PLUMBING JOBS I'VE HAD DONE. VERY SATISFIED."
