"I had wood cabinet (bases and uppers) painted white and doors of cabinets replaced with white shaker style. Of course with covid, the process got slowed down. One of the doors did have a flaw and they had it redone quickly. No mess or smell. Painter cleaned up after himself and even painted a portion of wall I didnâ  t expect, but glad that he noticed the need."

"Mr. Pennington is the greatest! I called him, we agreed on a date and time; he was early. He offered suggestions and told me exactly what could and could not be done with the available space. He also gave me ideas as to who to safely access the loft with a rolling ladder. He took the time from his evening to walk with me to a neighbor who had a loft installed. He e-mailed an estimate in very short turn-around time. I called him and said let's move forward. He explained that he had two jobs in progress and an annual commitment with his church to build homes for the less fortunate out-of-state. We worked our schedules and the work was completed on June 14, 2011. Now, on to the GOOD part. Gary Pennington is amazing! He (and his father who's his "Right hand man") did a superb job! The workmanship and structual integrity of my loft far surpassed my expectations. I'm sure my neighbors will want to speak with him real soon when they see the job he did. "During a recent renovation to repair a rotted bathroom, I decided to change out the inexpensive vanity with another of the same design. I could not find another with the exact type of toe-kick drawer, so I hired the Wards to build a custom piece. They were extremely professional, listened to my requests and built a beautiful 30and quot; bathroom vanity. They custom mixed a stain to match the hardwood floors in my house. It was three months before I finally got the vanity installed, (I stored it in a shed while I was waiting) as the renovation job was delayed, but the vanity is installed now, and is perfect. The attention to detail is appreciated. The Wards were able to squeeze every bit of storage space you can possibly fit into a 30and quot; cabinet into this one. I picked this vanity up from their shop and was totally impressed with the facilities they have. <br />"
