He requested a 25% upfront deposit while other were looking foy up to 50%. The job took two days from demolition to completion. During the course of the work he discovered some unanticipated problems with the 24 year old original installation. He also determined that some of the original work contemplated was not required. The total cost came in below the original estimate and looks great. I would rehire Paul if I have work to be done in the future."
