He was also able to see and fix problems from previous renovated areas of the project so that installation would be safe and last. He made sure to clean up after completing the job and took measures to safeguard my floors by using plastic and paper on the stairs and hallway. "I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."
