"I initially called Roto-Rooter to look at my slow-draining toilet. After looking for the main line access, the technician diagnosed the problem as a septic system issue. I sent a message through Green's website, instead of calling, and received a call from Dominique that afternoon. Over the phone, we tried to diagnose the problem (mainly with the septic pump alarm) to see if a crew really needed to come out. Eventually, it was decided a crew needed to come look at the tank/pump. The crew came the first business day in the morning and pumped the tank. Unfortunately, it was determined the septic system was NOT the issue, but I truly appreciated the efforts of Dominique and his crew. At least I had the tank pumped."
