"Radon levels are now extremely low."

"They installed a Radon Mitigation system in a house I was selling. They had the best price, the experience I wanted, and were able to install a few days after I called. Technician was very nice and efficient in getting it installed. Good warranty too. I had my system installed in an encapsulated crawl space."

"I had done two separate radon tests and knew the level was high. Bill came to evaluate where to place the system. He gave me a rough cost and time it would take for the install. He was able to schedule the install within a week. He arrived when scheduled. They did a very thorough job and cleaned up well after the install. It was hard to tell they were here. Very professional. The only knock I would have is that because they are quite busy, it is difficult to get an initial visit as Bill does the evaluation himself. You may have to call a few times and it was a challenge to pin down.

"We had a serious Radon issue in our home and when others couldn’t even return my calls Pete not only did, he worked hard to get us into his schedule. Extremely satisfied with Pete and the job he did. I will hire Pete for other needs around our home. Do not hesitate to hire Pete. You will be happy."

"Our radon specialist, Tim Milledge, was terrific. Communication was excellent, he arrived on time, was professional, courteous and experienced. He was able to run the pipe line and place the other equipment in a way to be unobtrusive and did nothing to detract from the aesthetics of our property. He explained post procedures and cleaned up after himself, unusual these days with service providers, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend SWAT and, in particular Tim."

"I called the company in August, left a message, and recieved no reply. I Called again in October and they came out the next day.
The main problem was that they overestimated the area of my roof. I have a 28 square roof (2800 square-feet). They said i have a 35 and one-third square roof.  Companies charge between $200 and $300 per square, so this is a large difference.
I went with Affordable Pro Roofing which used 31 squares (28 squares + 10% waste) at a cost of $6000, which was $2000 less than EJs estimate.
