"Tom Edge and his team are outstanding. They did a fabulous job remodeling our kitchen. Our 34-year old cabinets look much better than when they were originally installed. Electrician, plumber, painters, and related subcontractors work as a seamless team. Communication was excellent and everyone was easy to work with. They take pride in their work. Unlike some contractors who tell you what they can't do, TDE accomplishes what the customer wants if it is at all obtainable. Highly recommended-would rate them the best in my 43 years of home ownership in different locales."

"Even though this was a small and simple job he did excellent. The cabinet he built matches exactly the rest of the cabinets we have at home. He spent the time he thought it was necessary to make it useful, helpful and looks fantastic too. He came home to see the space we wanted him to work on and made measurements. Another company I called from this list had no people that could come to do the inspection of the place and they requested us to take a door from the kitchen and go to their office. So it was fantastic to find someone that wanted to spend a little time after his regular hours coming to see how he can help. <br /> From the beginning he explained that because this was a small job we will have to be a bit flexible with the exact time of his arrival because he will take a worker at the moment the work in the other place is finished for the day. It worked well for us because we were able to put together the day he will come and the vast majority of the work will be done. So I arranged my schedule to be at home the whole day working at home and be ready when they were able to come the first day and for the second day I went to work and came back a bit earlier to receive him. He communicated very well. Responded phone calls or called back when needed and let me know when he was ready to finish his work in the other place and coming to our house. The day that they did the vast majority of the work they arrived at 4 pm and spent three hours. The work was pretty much done. The next they he came later at 6 pm and was done by 7:00pm. The last hour he really finished details and took his time to make the cabinet as functional as possible. He pays attention to detail. We have another project in mind and we will contact him in the future. <br />"

"Work was completed but the woodpecker deterrent was not installed as quoted. Within 8 months more damage was done to the chimney face. Work and deterrent was supposed to be warranted. I have repeatedly called and left voice messages (no one ever picks up the phone) and sent emails requesting a representative to come out and relook at the problem. No one has returned my calls. I had one reply to an email promising someone would stop by to look at the problem but no one ever came to the house. All work is "guaranteed" but I guess once they made the initial repair and received payment that they don't really stand behind their work. Beware of hiring this company because if there is any problem with the work they will not respond and try to rectify the situation."
