"We've used Markarian several times for some biggish to smallish projects. They are professional and very responsive. In two cases some unforeseen complications developed. On one of them they felt it was their fault and corrected the situation at no charge despite the big job it entailed. On the second it was a problem one of their subcontractors unwittingly created, and they came back and fixed it free of charge when I provided them the invoice of their subcontractor. I might not use them for a very small job as they charge based on the written estimate they provide and not on the time it actually turns out to take. But for a medium-sized or larger job, I will always call on them. Their deep expertise and responsiveness are well worth the money. And the contractors are friendly, polite, do a great clean-up and wear booties to protect the floors."
