"We are very pleased with the result. The job was done in a day by a large team, who wrapped up the house (!), stripped off the old roofing, and put in the new skylights and roof within the day. There were some delays due to poor (wet) weather, but we can't really blame Ranch Roofing for that."

"they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"These guys are fantastic! This is the second time I have used them and both experiences were excellent. Last year we had a major leak in a slanted part of our rubber roof. Fixed perfectly. No leaks again. This year we had other parts of our roof leaking (1870 house. Lots of roof pitches and types) they identified the issues, replaced two small roof areas on bays areas, replaced all the broken slate tiles and replaced very old and non-functional down spouts. Ramon and Wilson are kind, conscientious and very reasonable. Their services are highly recommended!!!!"

"I've worked with Moacir and FRS roofing and gutters twice. In 2019, they did an excellent job installing a completely new roof. I was happy to hire them again in 2021 for a rather complex repointing/masonry job on my garage. Their pricing was fair, and when you factor in their professionalism and courtesy, you're getting a great deal. I recommend them highly."

"Kyle arrived on time to measure a broken window, got back to me quickly with a quote and options for replacement, then followed through with the install. Very professional and friendly. I recommend Lifetime Roofing."

"FRS Roofing and Gutter Services performs their work extremely well. This company was selected to replace our roof because of their great track record, experience and ability to answer all of our questions to perform the work. We met with the owner of the company who is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He thourghly reviewed their process for removing and installing a new roof. It was very easy dealing with FRS as they reviewed roofing options, colors and underlayment. The process was explained clearly as was the pricing and contract terms as well as expectations. They took care of everything. The customer service even among the team that worked at our house was very professional and courteous. The process went extremely smooth, and the construction area was kept very clean before and after the work was completed. We were left with a quality job and a great experience with the whole process. All our expectations were exceeded. It’s nice to see a well-rounded company that performs at a high level in all areas. I highly recommend FRS Roofing and Gutter Services for your roofing needs."

"I was looking for a replacement to existing cleaners. After reading Angie's List, I emailed Rosangela on a Sunday and received an email back hours later. She came to my home to provide an estimate and discuss her company's service a couple days later. She recommended cleaning products and materials and her team of two arrived the following Thursday. They did an excellent job and were very thorough - using a step-ladder to dust/clean tops of doors/moldings, mirrors/pictures, etc. They have been cleaning for us now every other Thursday for about 6 months. Subsequent cleanings have been consistently good, with attention to instructions for specific items. Our condo association is also now using them for cleaning of the common areas and they are kindly providing invoices for our records."

"It went great had good workers and very professional repaired roof when all other roofing companies told me that it wasn’t repairable I give 5 stars very satisfied and was fast efficient and cleanup, and trash taken away very highly recommended"

"Work took 2 days, with easy side of the roof taking 1 afternoon and the other was completed the next.
I was very impressed with the efficiency and cleanliness that they operated.
I couldn't even tell that my roof had been torn off, there was hardly any trace of all the garbage.
Mike was a very helpful contractor and answered my gamut of questions. We went back and forth over email numerous times. He was very responsive.
I'd recommend Pellegrino construction to anyone!
