I began the screening process again and found Tim to listen and problem-solve better than any other professional. He expertise really came through at multiple stages of the project. During his camera scope he identified problems not previously picked up. During the repair phase he talked me through the process and was very thorough and organized in his work. During final phase, he came back to hydrojet and rod the entire sewer system out to the city line, provided additional repairs to broken waters lines and gaps in the concrete floor. In the end, Tim did a major repair digging out our front yard to access and repair the sewer line. The majority of the smell has dissipated and, for the first time, I have some peace of mind."

"Leon was amazing! We had another company out a few days prior to look at our backed up drain pipe. When they arrived, they told us that the c/o pipe had to be installed outside of the house in order for them to rout and flush. They said our crawl space where the inside c/o pipe was, was not accessible, basically leaving us with no other option than a $4,700 estimate to install the c/o pipe. We wanted a second opinion. That’s when we called Top Tech. Leon arrived the next day and immediately recommended to rout out from the inside (even though the first company said this was not possible) first while using a camera to ensure there was no break in the sewer line. "I called "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services" on a Wednesday to get an estimate on a job and Scott and Mike came out. I had a pipe that rusted through and was leaking in my crawl space. The section of pipe that was leaking was in between two joists connecting to a 90 degree cast iron elbow with a concrete wall under the section to make it even harder to get to. It was a super tight space. Scott and Mike were very honest and told me up front that it would be extremely difficult to get the section out. They told me they might have to go through the kitchen above and cut into the back wall of the sink to access it. Worst case, they would have to cut through the back of the kitchen sink cabinets. That would obviously be expensive because you then have carpentry work to do after the fix. But if the crawl space option didn't work, there was no other way to do the job without cutting through walls and possibly kitchen cabinets. They gave me an estimate for plan A and plan B. The prices were reasonable but I had a lot of anxiety that plan B could get extremely ugly. I had some other estimates and I heard the same thing. Overall, H20 had competitive prices but the main reason I hired them was because of the confidence Scott and Mike showed when they talked about doing the job. They told me if anyone could get it done it was them. They showed a real sense of pride in their work and their abilities. I called back that night and told them I wanted them to do the job. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. The next morning Scott and Mike came in ready to go and I crossed my fingers but was expecting plan B to be a given. Miraculously, they were able to break the bad section away from the 90 degree cast iron elbow! I was super excited that they wouldn't have to cut through from the kitchen above! They then replaced the pipe with brand new PVC and added an access trap so we could more easily clean the line out in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services"! I will make sure that any future plumbing work comes their way!"
