That additional work included, but is not limited to, the remodel of our other bathroom, tile the upstairs hallway to match the master (herringbone pattern) as well as the bathroom and laundry room, paint the entire interior of the house after repairing/finishing drywall, epoxy coat the garage and patio floors, and replace leaking faucets and valves outside. Vicente has become one of the select few that I would call for assistance with any projects I have around our house that I don't have time to tackle."

"I hired RS Builders for my hotel remodeling project. This was for my Holiday Inn located in Peoria, AZ. This was related to remodeling of rooms on all 4 floors, lobby, meeting rooms, breakfast room, gym, laundry room and pool area. I was really satisfies with the price I paid for the whole project and of course the crew did a fantastic job. Usually it is way more than what I paid for my project. Contractor communicated thru out the project on each and every phase, which was really helpful. I would re-hire them for my future projects."

"Do I have to choose one word to describe? If so then I can't. There are too many positive adjectives to describe this company: Honest, detail oriented, perfectionism, respectful, superb, wonderful, amazing - Overall 10 STARS. Our journey began when we went to bid for the kitchen remodel - new cabinets, counter tops, kitchen sink, faucet, back splash and island on wheels. We had received several quotes, all outside of our budget. After emailing everyone that message, Jim was the only one who replied back and said let's see what we can do to get you within budget. What???? WOW!!!!!! What company does that? THIS ONE DOES!!! After MULTIPLE back and forths with quotes questions and renderings we were able to proceed WITHIN BUDGET. Of course we were told the cabinets would be ordered and ready by the time the project started. I will be honest and say I've heard that in the past from friends who have had their kitchens remodeled and it didn't happen. But MY OH MY OUR CABINETS WERE IN THE GARAGE DAY 3 OF THE PROJECT!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! WOW WEE!!!!!!!!! James was our guy - he demo'd and installed the kitchen by himself. He is a WORK HORSE. He never stopped except for lunch. He was respectful - told us when he was going to lunch, had ear phones on so we didn't hear music (we were both working from home at this point). Came when he said he would and cleaned up before he left. Countertops were installed EARLIER than expected. Eric who did our backsplash was just as amazing as James. I was planning on using a product that would separate the tiles but when installed on the first wall it just didn't work. Instead of just installing because the customer said so, he stopped to explain the problem and the solution. He also suggested tiny details that I myself never thought of and his suggestions and install were SPOT on. LOVE OUR BACKSPLASH!! OH Did I mention from start to FINISH - 3 and a half weeks!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!! Now mind you ours was a small remodel but golly gee I was expecting 6 plus weeks. I honestly cannot say enough about this company and the employees. I read ALL the reviews and checked their license (IMPERATIVE when hiring a contractor). EVERY review of Jim and Regal is SPOT on. Can't wait to have them come back and remodel our master bath. There is NOONE else I would trust but them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"

"So this was my FIRST Angie's List purchase and I gotta say I was extremely happy with the outcome. I purchased this for my Mother's house since a bolt had fell from her Garage Door ceiling bracket and it was a fairly old Garage door so i figured it could use a little love. I bought it on the weekend and forgot to call to schedule, the owner called me the following Monday to check up on me, which I greatly appreciated. The owner was down to earth and professional, a combination you rarely find at some businesses. The Owners brother came to service the Garage the next day and, according to my Mother, the service was nothing short of perfect. She said he quickly tuned up the garage, fixed the bracket by re-bolting into the stud which apparently wasn't the case prior. My Mother is one of those picky customers, she'll be nice but if she doesn't like the work she'll let you know; so her approval meant it was great. I would definitely reccommend them again. "There are two things that I look for in any vendor.  The first is professional interactions and communications and the second is quality of work.  George and the MagCor Construction team deserve top marks in both areas.  I have been so impressed with George that I am just starting my 3rd project with him.  I had a good idea of what I wanted for my first project, but certainly did not understand all the details and small decisions that needed to be done.  George collaborated with me on my idea an walked me through options for all the decisions that needed to be made.  He helped me avoid bad decisions and explained the trade offs between options  He is also great at communicating through e-mail and text message as well as in person (something that seems hard to find).  The project was completed on time, on budget and looks beautiful  I am about to start at least one more project with MagCor Construction, and would recommend them to anyone.
