"It is pretty unsettling when you allow a company to create a bunch of holes in your house to install replacement windows. You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

"I had them come out to do the trim & gutters and not the roof at first. The trim they installed improved the ventilation for attic. While they were out, I had the roof inspected for replacement. They discovered why the venting for the upstairs bathroom was inadequate. We had them come out in the fall to replace the roof, correcting the bathroom venting and installing better performing ridge ventilation. The first project took 2 day (1st day trim, 2nd day gutters) and the second was done in a day (subcontracted). Clean-up was thorough; the crews were industrious. The work looks really good a year later."

"I was given dates for delivery of materials, a date for needed replacement of trim, and a date for installation of gutters and downspouts. These dates were honored except for gutters which actually arrived a day early so installation was completed sooner than expected. In all cases the work teams sent were timely, courteous, and professional. They worked in extreme heat and late into the evening to get the job done. I'm very pleased with the results."

"The sale rep was on time and explained what the work crew would do.  He gave what I thought was a good price, but we had to go with it right away.  He didn't really leave us time to check other prices, although it was lower than the first company we contacted.  The job was completed on time, and the crew was very careful about not making a mess in my home.  My main complaint is that the crew took a short cut in not replacing the plastic on the dirt floor. I thought this was included in the price. We had an existing strip down the middle, which they left, then put two new strips on either side of it.  Seaming them together with a spray strip of insulation.  I thought they were going to put down one solid piece of new black plastic.  This may sound petty, and maybe it is, but it wasn't what the rep had us in visioning.  It looks nothing like the photo's on their website.  I guess if it does the job that it is supposed to do, one shouldn't complain. No one from the company called me to check on anything, after the install crew left.

"Extreme Exteriors did a fantastic job from start to finish. I reached out to this company to get a quote for the repair / replacement of my mother roof. Shortly after reaching out I received a call back from Jacob who is a real pleasure to work with. Jacob setup a convenient day and time for us to meet to take a look at the roof. Jacob being the professional he is took pictures of the shingles lifting, missing and moss growing in the valleys to share with me. After Jacob performed his roof inspection we sat down to discuss the process, materials and pricing for the job. Extreme Exteriors was able to come in approximately $300 less then comparable competitors. For insurance reasons I had a very aggressive schedule and required the roof installed ASAP - Jacob was able to coordinate with his crews along with pulling all the necessary permits needed to perform the job in the time frame I required it. This company does not mess around - the day after the shingles were delivered a crew showed up early at the house. Extreme Exteriors got the work completed in about 5 hours keeping the work area clean and they performed a Magnet sweep to pickup any stray nails. This company did a complete tear-off, installed GAF Snow Country Ridge Vent System, Front and Back Edge Vents, installed new drip edge and 6' of ice & water shield. They also install new flashing around the chimney. I would definitely use this company again for any of my future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends and family."
