They really try to give the customer exactly what the customer wants.
I was out of town for most of the entire job; they took charge and made it happen.
They replaced the counter tops with granite and the backsplash and sink. and also performed some minor repairs to a cabinet.
I would have appreciated not having an extra join in the granite; and have now found that the nails used are breaking the wooden shelves underneath the counter.  I would have also appreciated it if the plumber did a better job with the disposal; first it was installed on the left sink versus the right and then, thanks to the positioning of the disposal tubes by them, it cost me an extra $200 to get the dishwasher examined for the grit that was remaining after the wash....only to be told that it was the positioning of the disposal tubes that caused the problem.

"I had an appointment and had to leave home toward the end of the day.  As he was likely to finish the job before I returned, I gave him a check for the balance due.  When I got home that evening, it was obvious that he packed up and left as soon as I had gone, as no more work was done. I called immediately and received email promises to return but  follow up phone calls were never responded to.  That was early October and this is early April.   Though some of the runoff from the roof has been diverted, large amounts of rainwater still pours down onto the rear door area.

"My wife talked me into going to a home improvement show at the beginning of the year. We had been trying to find a cement company to replace our walkway and driveway. They were crumbling and it was becoming a safety issue. We met Rob at the Rock Solid booth and talked about our options with him. "I didn't end up using them. The quote was $700. They were good. The guy came out on time that he said he was going to. It took only twenty minutes or so. He walked me through what his plan was. A couple of days later, I got the estimate. Then the guy did come out and look and followed up with me a few days after that. The only reason I didn't use them was because they do everything, and with this repair I wanted someone a little bit more specialized in remodeling. I don't really see how they could have improved it. They were polite. If I needed their services, I would definitely be contacting them."
