"Quality of workmanship was superior. They said they would treat our home as their own and they certainly did that. Thorough, responsive to our questions and Express Painting did everything they promised they would do. They were also exceptionally clean and created no dust from a lot of interior sanding. "Our three season porch had a lot of rotting wood that was behind aluminum cladding. When we had Dave come up to look the job over, he told me that he would only be able to give us an estimate on the damage he could see, since most of the wood was either aluminum clad, or under sheathing or siding. This seemed reasonable to me, and a short time later we received his estimate, which I thought was very fair. It did state that the job could cost more if additional damage was found, which again made perfect sense to me. After a couple of days into the project it was obvious that the job was going to cost more as they had to spend much more time on it than anticipated, and also had to use more material. As soon as he realized this, Dave immediately informed me. I was fine with it as I fully expected this to happen. Well, after the job was done, I received the revised cost on this project and all I can say is that I am extremely happy with the price, but especially pleased with the way the entire project was done from beginning to end! Every day when I got home from work, Dave would go over what he did, and tell me what he was going to do next, and how he was going to do it. There were never any mysteries, as I was always kept up to date on what was going on. All I can say is that both Dave, and his partner Jim not only met my expectations, but surpassed them! They worked very neatly, and always cleaned up before finishing the day. Every day after work I would look over what they had done that day, and I was very happy with the quality of their work! Not to mention the fact that they always treated me courteously, were very easy to talk to, and extremely professional! I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Albert's Home Repair to anyone! "Joe is absolutely reliable. Also, anyone he recommends can be counted on. I have no problem allowing him in my house when no one is home. His work is "top drawer" and he does the work and completes the job when he says he will. He hasn't billed us yet so I can't comment on the price for this current job, but he has done work for us in the past and his labor charges have been totally competitive while his materials costs are below what we can obtain the items for. Several years ago when we were out of the country a pipe in our house froze and broke and Joe not only made the plumbing repairs, he also managed the entire repair job (clean up of caved in ceilings, sheet rock repairs, etc.) and researched and found a matching faucet so we did not have to replace the complete set. All of this without us having to come back to the house to supervise the job!"

"Justin responded promptly to my message and was on-site within 24 hours. He started the repair the following morning and completed it in stages (installation, filing, sanding, finishing ....) over the course of the day. Since it is a popcorn ceiling, he was also realistic about the probable success of painting/blending the repaired area with original paint job. He could have done his best and charged me - possibly still resulting in the whole ceiling being painted (that part of my ceiling runs the full length of the house across 3 living areas). He was honest and didn't want to take the chance. Would definitely use again and would recommend."
