"Needed my door unlocked that I lost a key to! Got my door open so I could get into the room I needed."

"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.

"Bryan from PowerHouse did a fantastic job. Arrived timely, was knowledgeable about what was needed, and worked until all doors were functional. I recommend him and would hire him again."

"Refrigerator was repaired, washer and dryer were written off as a lost or beyond repair due to parts needed for repair no longer in stock, and the garage door was repaired but not covered by CHW"

"Troy Davenport did an excellent job working with the insurance company, as well as coordinating the subcontractors to get the damages repaired in a timely fashion. Thanks! Dave"

"

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.

"Came and cleaned our dryer vent, which went well. But he did more than that. He took the time to instruct us on proper maintenance, which has saved us the expense of emergency calls and repairs."
