"I was very happy with the estimate I got from Corey, and he explained how things were going to be done. I had the waterproofing done on one entire wall of my basement, and a sump pump put in, on one of the coldest days of this year, and the guys were great, they put up plastic to keep things from getting dusty, and they were done in 1 day!! I was very impressed! I did have a tiny leak, a few days later, but the company sent someone out almost immediately, and that was resolved. "The work was done almost 2 years ago and is holding up without any issues. It was done in the timeframe promised, done professionally and the finishing was excellent. I had flooring installed and developed an issue due to the installation. "We are very happy with the service! Caleb was very through, explained our options, performed the service in a timely manner. He had to remove the toilet to snake the drain. He did a great job of replacing the toilet and cleaning up! I would highly recommend this company."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

Left a message with another well known drain cleaning company at 9:00 pm on a Friday night. After the call was not returned by 9:00 am the following morning, I decided to call All-Rooter.
