His sons Luis and Emilio were so reliable and did such a perfectionist job, showing up every day on time, that I asked them to do the remodel of our main bathroom. "For an ~ 20 years old, 3 level deck, which is for a 12 unit owner occupied condo building, the first level stringer anchors failed. Tim (project manager) was very responsive and informative in helping to come up with the most economical solution to repair the first level, in addition to taking care of the basement and second level stairs to prevent a similar failure from happening until the entire deck is replaced. Slightly more expensive than other estimates received, but the responsiveness to questions, customer service, and quality of work / clean-up far outways this slight increase in cost. Very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely have them do similar work in the future."
