"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. Our home is an older brick Spanish revival home and the owner of ABC went out of his way to find architectural materials for the addition that matched the style of our home. "Jeff and Max turned our tub shower combo into a beautiful walk in shower. They removed the cast iron tub, created a new tiled shower pan and walls and added glass shower doors. They showed up on time and cleaned up the area and down the stairs every day. They picked up our shower doors and toilet from local home improvement center for us as we don’t have a vehicle large enough. They also fixed my entrance doors to the bathroom that have never closed properly. Very pleasant to work with."

"Frank, John + team were such a pleasure to work with throughout the process of having my kitchen cabinets painted and our bathroom completely remodeled and enlarged. My house is over 100 years old and definitely had some quirks and communication about issues that came up along with potential solutions gave me such confidence and trust in the work that was being done. Pricing was very reasonable and Frank was wiling to work with me in a few areas to keep things within my budget. "I hired Salvador's company after talking with and receiving quotes from 4 companies. Salvador is very responsive. Salvador did a great job managing difficult schedules and was great at keeping in touch through this process. Although the project complete was of high quality, I'm mainly writing this review to highlight Salvador's professionalism through a particularly difficult challenge. After the drywall work was complete, his first (of two) floor crews came in to complete the hardwood floor installation. This first crew was NOT professional and installed the floor without providing the remedial work to the sub-floor that was needed for a quality installation. I wasn't made aware of this until the entire floor was completed an I noticed "soft spots" in several areas. I called Salvador to discuss the situation that day. Rather than try to argue that the installation was acceptable or give me a discount, Salvador asked if there was another day he could come by to redo the complete installation and absorb all costs to do so. This is a sign of a service provider that understands the value of a happy customer. Because of his actions, not only will I hire him again, but will also advocate for and recommend his company to others. Salvador demonstrated a high degree of integrity and clearly a positive resolve."
