"Electronic circuit boards were damaged and not functioning properly with subsequent loss of refrigeration for my Electrolux French Door refrigerator freezer. I saw that Mr. Mastri had excellent reviews on the Home Advisor Website. I called him and he ordered a new electronic circuit board kit from Electrolux which arrived the next day. Do to the nature of my problem with a refrigerator-freezer, Mr. Mastri made me his first call of the day as soon as the parts arrived by overnight mail. Mr. Mastri charged me the same price for the Circuit Boards as if I would have ordered them directly myself from Electrolux. He did not add on any fees to the Circuit Boards Original Factory Direct Price. Electrolux even warned me that I might want to order the parts myself because many repair places mark up the original parts price to make money on them. Mr Mastri did not do this. He was there about one hour. He got right to work and had no trouble replacing the two circuit boards. All I paid for was the parts $270, plus overnight shipping of $25.00, tax of $25 and $85 for labor. I felt his prices were very fair. Mr. Mastri was very pleasant, professional, right on time and I was completely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him for appliance repair. He is honest, hard working and charges very reasonable rates. My satisfaction and a job well done was his priority."
