"Chris finished our 1,300 sq ft basement and the result is outstanding! The project included a bathroom, office, pantry/laundry room, playroom, and gym. We even had him build monkey bars and a rock wall in the play area, a real treat for our kids. He was all in on figuring it out and it came out great. The craftsmanship throughout is excellent, with nice molding details and a clean arch above the TV area. We spent a lot of time together on the design and scope up front, and he was great about accommodating changes as the project evolved. He uses Joist to track everything, so the total cost and every add-on were carefully documented from the start. He came in right at budget. Communication was a real strength. We always knew what was happening each week and who would be on-site. His subs were professional, easy to work with, and accommodating. He's already doing another house in our neighborhood, if you're considering him don't wait!"

He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. He installed toilet vanity mirror lighting and built a custom shower stall for the same price as a cheap shower tray you buy at home depot. He made some great suggestions.
