"I had a flagstone patio that was sinking and uneven due to subsidence. The company removed all the stones, rebuilt the base with a proper slope away from the house, and reinstalled the stones. The price was fair (I had some higher estimates and some lower) and the quality of work was excellent with a good attention to detail. I most appreciated that Lazaro offered a vision for a better patio. My original request was to just replace the stones the way they were, but he made recommendations on how to improve the patio (with the same amount of stones) that led to a much better final project."

"Well they have done another wonderful job! We are so impressed. We added a 30' X 6' upper level flagstone patio with 30 inch stone wall bracing the hill. In addition we added a flagstone walkway and steps. Four years ago CM Hardscapes built a flagstone patio and firepit on the right side of the hill. This year we had them add the new patio to the left side of the hill at a higher level with the pathway and steps to connect the two patios. Bill knew exactly what we wanted working from our excel drawn diagram. Jesus as supervisor worked with us on the details, listening to our considerations on critical parts of the project and adjusted accordingly if needed. His whole team executed it well and timely. It took them about 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. Manuel and his son Daniel laid the flagstone and were well experienced in their craft. They were easy to work with throughout the process. Manuel helped us work through some of the key design questions such as the patio border and related structural questions. We appreciated his expertise. We highly recommend this company. "Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall. Since I had a positive reaction with Julio and his team, we discussed other projects that I knew needed attention. I inherited a 200+ year old house with my eventual desire to sell in the next year. It is my observation through Julio that I bit the bullet and trusted him and his crew to repair stucco, reinforce the home’s foundation, replace screens on an enclosed deck porch, replace outdoor turf, repoint the mortar on the brick façade of the house and the brick front porch and walkway. I truly feel that Julio’s honesty, integrity, professionalism and work ethic was what I believe to be the best possible scenario for what ended up being a clean, well-executed project, and still what I believe to be a fair price. They were flexible and when we made changes to the planned work and added two new patio landings they said no problem and completed the tasks for a fair price.
