"Really outstanding work from Premium Drainage. The project was a 30’ 2-tier retaining wall with planter space between the 2-tiers. Premium was extremely helpful in working through our ARB process and getting approval with the homeowner’s association as the wall bordered common area. As the old retaining wall was replaced, Premium took all kinds of extra steps to restore my border fence, gravel footpaths, replanted perennials and left the surrounding area looking better than when they started. And most important, the wall looks great and gets all kinds of complements. This is my second major project with Premium and would recommend this expert group to anyone looking for new pathways, patios or retaining walls."

We brought E T Landscaping in with a wide scope of services to include tree removal and stump grinding, weeding, mulching, aerating, and seeding work as well as putting down some gravel. Upon completion of the work, Julio advised that in order to do it properly, he would need to do some additional work that wasn't originally in scope, but that he wasn't charging us extra. We cannot overstate how much it meant that Julio wanted to do the job well vs. just checking the box. The before and after of the property was astounding and it's hard to believe how much they were able to accomplish. "Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"I was blown away by the work performed by Falls Church Paving Company. They returned my initial call in less than 24 hrs and began our project within 2 business days. Unlike the other companies that I received quotes from, Falls Church Paving used a crew of 4 to 5 and over $100K worth of equipment to include a paving machine and a vibratory roller. FC Paving removed and hauled away my existing 20 yr old driveway, installed 21A stone gravel base and widened the right and left sides of my driveway using 3" of asphalt. I was impressed with their precision and workmanship - especially after speaking with several contractors who were going to lay asphalt on top of my existing driveway and only hand stamp - no paving machine or roller - at a higher cost no less! Falls Church Paving even let me purchase PVC piping for my invisible fence at the end of my driveway and they didnt charge me extra to bury, install and reconnect it! I would highly Falls Church Paving for any Asphalt work."

They also install a patio in my back yard. Sergio and his team were very professional, on time every day, courteous, worked with you on the project as it was being constructed, hard working, made sure everything was done according to your project. "I contacted them via phone and left a message describing the job I wanted done . They phoned me a couple of days later and asked about the size of the tree and the location so they would know
what tools were needed. They said that sometimes they need to use the truck to pull the roots up. I gave them a description of the tree and its location and they quoted me a price of $210 over the phone. I sent them a picture via my iphone of the tree and the road in front of my house. They reviewed the picture and said they could do the job. I really appreciated discussing the job with them on the phone as another company I called did not.They said they could do it the next day in the late morning and I told them to come on out! They arrived at my house around 10 am and they were able to make quick work of the job. They  first cut the tree down with a chain saw and then dug the roots out with a pick axe and did not have to use the truck.They didn't damage any of the surrounding plants in my flower  bed. They also dumped some topsoil I had bought into the hole left by the roots. They took all debris with them and cleaned up my sidewalk afterward. They were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job!

"Willard Environmental was extremely responsive to our requests during our recent home inspection.  We wanted Mr. Willard to take a look at the property we were looking to purchase to determine the presence of an underground storage tank.  He was very thorough in looking for evidence inside and outside the property.  He coordinated the utility line markings of the property for us and then returned to perform a soil sample to verify that there was no contamination if a tank had been present at one time.  With our tight inspection deadlines, he turned the sample results back to us in 1 day.  Amazing customer service - we are very lucky we found Willard Environmental to help us assess our future home!
