•   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire. 
    The doors are very high quality argon + insulated glass.  My husband + I just love how smoothly both the doors + screens move along with the other bells+ whistles.  Even my dog loves the doors + the crew.  Max came out and inspected the job + again explained the features so we did not miss anything.  We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase--well worth the money + I just wish I had done this sooner.  Thanks to the Fox Creek Builders--Great team and Great work.

"Great experience with RIBA from start to finish. After looking as several choices I worked with Rich determining the type of windows that i needed which would work best within my budget. I had several choices of trim and Rich helped me decide the best color that would accent my brick home. I was given a date to expect delivery and installation. Because rain was foretasted and potentially would push the installation, RIBA worked with me to store the windows in a more convenient location in my back yard where they would be out of my way. Rich assured me that his crews are very trustworthy; since I couldn't be home on the day of installation, I really had no choice. RIBA is bonded & insured. When I returned home all of the windows were in place. I noticed shoes by the door; they took them off as not to mar or soil my hardwood floors & carpet. I didn't ask. When finished they cleaned up...everything. The window quality was exactly what I ordered; the trim work was over & above what I expected; excellent work. I would (and have) highly recommend RIBA for home improvement work. Looking forward to my new RIBA roof next month."

"Only company to response to request, through Angi referral service, to do some exterior repairs to my house that included repointing front walkway/back patio, replacing prefabricated concrete front of the house windowsills, and repair to Trek Deck railing damage by hit from golf balls. The knowledge and attention to detailed of the entire Exterior Medics team, from sales, project managers, project inspector, and project administrators was outstanding. Was very impressed with contract document and level detail. Very satisfied with timeless that Exterior Medics team provided, from the initial contact with Sales team, contract proposal and start/completion of project was just over 2 months. "This is our second time hiring Angel. We had a very large, complex chandelier that we needed installed in our double story family room (20 foot ceilings). The electrician we originally hired had done such a terrible job with less complex crystal chandeliers and other quotes we received were close to $1000 with the contractors not being nearly as kind and helpful as Angel. I texted Angel out of desperation since he had already done such a great job with other work we had in our home and he immediately contacted a scaffolding company to rent a scaffold, came the next day to install the chandelier, and did an amazing job installing an extremely complex structure while making sure to reinforce the joist like we had requested given the size of the chandelier. I can't say more kind things about Angel. He truly goes out of his way to help you if you're in need and is always offering to listen and offer advice about the best way to approach a project while keeping safety as priority. Most contractors try to do things the easy way but this has never been our experience with Angel. All of his work comes with a stamp of quality and he also will give you the best quote. I regret not using him for some other projects throughout our home."

"From the day we met George Wells to get an estimate on replacing our deck floor, we were very comfortable with George's home style approach to our project. He surveyed the entire deck, top to bottom, and assured us that we didn't need the amount of work we had anticipated. Less than 25% of the floor was problematic to be replaced. He went through all the decking and determined which parts should be done and which ones were optional. Of course, we decided to do all of the necessary and optional repairs to include an addition we had been planning for a while but did not fit into our original budget. Since we were going to do less replacing of the deck surface. that freed up funds to do the addition, which came out beautiful and very functional. We have been so impressed by George and his crew in all aspects of our project. From the estimate discussions to their arrival time, to the work ethic the crew showed to the final product, we are so happy with the professionalism displayed by all concerned with our project.
