" I am paid more than 80k to redo my pool house located in Mclean, VA. The pool never worked. Always green. Every time you call, they will send one cleaning crew for 180$, but the answer from them was that the pool will be better after a few days. After a few days, the pool is green, and you call again, and they will say our pool needs multiple cleanings, and they will do various cleanings and send various invoices. When cleaning, they say the pool will improve in a few days. After a few days, if you call to ask why the pool is green, they will say it's one more service. This pool was reconstructed, and the same company did the plumbing and machines. Please be careful when hiring this company complete rip-off. After ripping off, they will say customers do not know anything about the pool. This is the value they will give to the customer who paid around 80k "

"I just had my pool resurfaced by Millennium Pools with Pebblestone. Yan Larenas ((Project Manager) and Elmer Lopez (Superintendent) have been outstanding. They are both very nice, patient (especially since I?m a worrywart), knowledgeable, communicative, organized, and conscientious. At least one of them was here each day of the project to ensure that I was pleased and to personally take care of any items that may have been overlooked by the crews. They are rare individuals who care about their customers and have pride in the work done. I was informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. I have a gorgeous pool now and it went so smoothly, without stress due to Yan and Elmer. I can?t overemphasize how impressed I am with them and how happy I am with my new pool. From the start it was executed properly from a beautiful design, grading away from house, putting a sturdy, non-destructible base with layers of gravel and stone and then the beautiful papers. Nelson, a truly skilled mason and professional, was reliable, efficient and methodical in completing the project for us on time and within budget. The recent patio refurbishment refreshed the patio and made it look brand new again. I highly recommend AVEC."

"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. "The guys at Z and O Construction did a really nice job of replacing my back deck! The company owner, Oral Aydogdu, was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the work to be done. His Crew Chief, a gentleman named Lazarov, was a real master at building and fabricating things, and each of the guys on the crew was a solid professional. It was a pleasure having them around, watching them work, and learning some of their tricks and techniques for doing things! These guys did a beautiful job of replacing my deck, and bringing it up to current Fairfax County codes. This new deck is much better and stronger than the old deck was, and should last for many years!"

"HD Exteriors replaced our 20 year-old wood deck with a beautiful new Trex deck in April. We had gotten 4 presentations from companies based on contacts we got from the Capital Home Show, and HD Exteriors was head and shoulders above all the others in design, detail, cost, and communication. Graham Jr., was our point of contact in setting our contract, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clear. He listened to what we wanted to do, offered suggestions and didn’t try to upsell us. We were given a start timeframe, but our actual start date was earlier, which we appreciated. Throughout the entire process of signing the contract, having questions answered, being assigned a project manager, (Jai, who was always accessible and awesome) and the actual work being done, the communication was excellent. We were notified when workers would be onsite, when inspections were scheduled, when walk-thrus were done, and had access via text to our PM. All of it was extremely well done. The deck was finished with excellent workmanship, even when they installed a style of steps they’d never done before. We can’t say enough positive things about the entire company and how they operated. They were a pleasure to work with. We’re just sorry we don’t have anything else for them to build!"

"Had an upper and lower deck installed off of the back door. While getting estimates, Nick (Steadfast) was the only company to show up with trex samples. I live out of state and had tenants in the home and they worked on my preferred schedule. Took 5 days as promised. Easy to work with and very happy with the outcome."
