"Daniel stopped by initially to take a look at what needed to be done. After assessing the issue he offered a flat rate that I agreed upon and later scheduled a day and time for the work to be done. He arrived on the agreed time, did the work which took perhaps 20 mins or so and he was done. Through the whole process he explained what he was doing and what to keep an eye out for if future issues arise. I feel very at ease with the work and satisfied! Highly recommend! "
