Not only was the work top quality, Buck personally stood on my roof taking pictures to send the adjuster and convinced him to replace my entire roof! The work went so well we're looking to hire Eagle Siding to do our deck next."

"Key Prime was one of four estimates I received. The owner showed up on time, did a thorough assessment and gave me a detailed estimate for several different shingle products. The price was fair so I hired them and they were ready to put me on their schedule in early Spring. The work was started on time despite dealing with some late Spring snow. The roofing crew was respectful of my property and showed up as promised each day. After installing the roof, the property was swept thoroughly for nails and leftover roofing materials. Communication was absolutely great and emails and phone calls were promptly answered and after the whole thing was complete I was sent a parcel which included a small notebook with the final documents and included a receipt, lien release, Limited Lifetime Warranty Form and copy of the original contract. This was one of the better contractor experiences I have had and I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof."

"Our Service Rep; Matt Berney, thoroughly explained the process as it related to our insurance company, and was able to demonstrate to us what he saw and why he believed we should seek a claim. He went through all the paperwork and completely answered our questions. Marcus was there when the crew began their work to ensure setup was proper, and he answered all our questions. He visited several additional times to review the progress and speak with us, and he stopped by when the work was complete to ensure we were satisfied and didn't have any other issues. he crew was very punctual and super polite! It was very impressive how cautious they were in protecting the areas around our home where the shingles were tossed when removed... I still can't believe that we didn't find any scraps in the yard at all! They were so proficient at cleaning absolutely everything before leaving each evening! If you hadn't looked up at our roof to see that it was being replaced - you'd never know it was happening from anywhere else on our property! They were incredibly hard-working! We would happily recommend Legacy to anyone seeking a new roof; they made our experience much easier than anticipated!"

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"
