I made my choice of going with a full maintenance which was very reasonable and he immediately began working on the problem and resolved in an hour remotely. He noted if they found there was a need for different virus software he would let us know. He provided recommendations on software we had that was not needed and may cause problems and gave some good general tips. He deleted the unnecessary software and noted that the Windows operating software now has these features built in. He did not feel we needed to purchase any different virus software. You make the list, we go through it together, either by appointment or phone and pictures. We give an itemized estimate of completing the tasks. "Haley did a wonderful job replacing the Powder Room toilet wax ring, interior flush valve/assembly & then caulked at the floor. She also replaced the flush valve for another toilet, and verified a third toilet didn't have any issues. She changed out 3 electrical switches to dimmer switches. And she also changed out the ice maker in the bottom freezer. She just stopped back out today to fix it as it was making too much ice. I purchased all items in advance so she could just focus on the installation scope. She's a wonderful, lovely person who does her job well, has a nice demeanor and is safe in your home. I highly recommend her and will be calling her in the future."
