Since the supply line was 50 years old, I figured it might be a good idea to replace it along with the toilet anyway, so even this minimal added fee was not a surprise. It couldn't have gone more smoothly."

I didn't want to deal with this myself, as it seems I always make it worse than how it started originally!  The guy showed up (sorry, can't remember name!), and he was very polite, thorough, and did the job very quickly.  He could have done a better job caulking, as the old stuff was still on the tub/walls and wasn't removed.  Overall, was very pleased and would use them again.
