"We called at 8:30AM on Wednesday, the 24th of Sept. They were booked with appointments and the first opening they had was on Sept. 29th, but they said if they could fit us in before then they would contact us. Well they called at noon on the 24th and said they could fit us into their schedule and were out at the house at 1:30PM on the 24th. They made the necessary repairs and also informed me that the air conditioner was still under warranty and all we needed to pay for was the labor. They were very professional and polite and made the repairs within one hour. They offered extended warranties but were not pushy about it."

"The Crofts were quick to respond to my flooding problem. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the sump pump and helped with other minor plumbing repairs. They were EXTREMELY helpful and went out of their way chase down parts etc... without charging me an arm and a leg (not like what I've experienced with other plumbers). I'll use them on any plumbing needs I have in the future... guaranteed."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
