"This person did make a good gate based on my design. His temperament however is volatile, and he can be very expressive. His project and planning skills were very poor and he missed deadlines at every stage and caused delays. Of course it was never his fault. He installed the gate in a slipshod and haphazard manor with inadequate footings on the post. The gate sags and he has refused to come back and fix the issue and will not accept my texts or phone calls. I fear that I will have to hire another company to fix this. Would not hire again!"

When I asked him why he didn’t call or text he told me he didn’t have my contact information and that his phone had broken. However he called me from his original phone number the week before. And he also called me the very same day from the same number. If he did not have my contact information how did he call me? I could not trust him. I fired him."
