"Great - I as not sure whether or not my 17-year old washer was worth repairing or not. A service all told me quickly that the cost of the repair would be almost as great as purchasing a new machine."

"I hired Faircost Co. to come and check out my washing machine which was not working. Kamran was very honest with me, efficient, and explained the issue. I appreciate his honesty and taking the time to understand the problem. I would hire him any time I have an appliance issue. Thank you."

"I thought Hrant Khanamiryan was terrific. Our clothes dryer suddenly stopped heating and we had a lot of wet laundry in need of drying, so we were in a hurry to get the dryer fixed. He called literally within seconds after I posted the listing and said he couldn't come till later that afternoon. When I explained the urgency, he rearranged his schedule and was there within 30 minutes. The dryer had several issues -- two blown fuses, tons of trapped dust inside and more. The trapped dust creates a fire hazard, Hrant explained. He took the whole machine apart, cleaned everything and fixed what needed to be fixed. We went from "rather nasty mess" to "good as new" in about 30 minutes. I will definitely call KH in the future. As it turns out, KH can handle any kind of appliance -- washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens/stoves. I'm not good with this stuff and like having just one resource I can turn to. THANK YOU, Hrant!"

"He was quick and knew how to take apart the dryer and fix it."

"I recently had the pleasure of using Prime Appliance Services Inc. to repair my washing machine, and I can confidently say they exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. When my washing machine suddenly stopped spinning, I was worried about the hassle and cost of getting it fixed. I found Prime Appliance Services Inc. online and was impressed by their professionalism. Booking an appointment was a breeze, they offered a convenient time slot that worked perfectly for me. The technician, arrived right on time, which I greatly appreciated. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to listen to my description of the issue, asked thoughtful questions, and quickly diagnosed the problem—a faulty motor belt that needed replacement. Mike repaired the machine in no time. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to repair their appliances."
