"Chuck and his team perform great customer service! Chuck met with me and my wife to help us pick out the right flooring. We couldn't initially find the right style and material. Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. It looks amazing and we can't recommend Chuck/Floor Tailor enough!"

We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them for any flooring needs.

"Our new Engineered vinyl planking is beautiful. Chris and his guys were courteous and professional. The entire process lasted 3 days. They cleaned up the after the job and hauled away the debris. The only problem was that they did not have a vacuum system on their circular saw when removing the subfloor. There was dust everywhere. They were on time and even came back to tweak a few things. They had a quick response time and were here when they said they would be. I couldn't be happier with my new floor."

"Danny made it really easy to do business with him. Other companies wanted to just give an estimate by seeing pictures and based on other jobs we've had they were all going to be way under actual cost on materials, let alone labor needed on top. Danny was able to give a good general estimate by the pictures, but then insisted he see in person so he can be as accurate as possible. The amount of leveling needed, as expected, was not conveyed by photo. He explained how he'd tackle the job and estimated timeframe. Lalo, the installer, did a fantastic job and without interruption. He was extremely courteous to us and our house. Super glad we worked with the both of them!"
