First they claimed that the holes were the result of dirt and debris being removed in the cleaning...as though the floor was supposed to look this way when clean. Then, they said it was simply a result of the floor being in "bad shape." We didn't hire them for the steam cleaning, and it will cost thousands to undo this obvious damage to the floor. They discounted us 100 bucks. Stay away."

He asked us about how we would like the new tile laid and began to lay the pattern we requested. He keep the work area very clean and was very personable as well as professional. He came back the next morning to grout the tiles. We were so happy with the work performed and would certainly use him again as well as recommend him to anyone who needs tile work done."
