We paid him more than he asked because he went so above and beyond what I d ever expect. A genuinely good guy who really cares about the quality of his work. He caulked around our unit to prevent air leaks and showed up the following day after our super didn t remove the safety bars on the day we originally scheduled the installation. He called me before arriving, showed up on the early side, was good with my wife and daughter in my absence. He said he didn't hear the compressor kicking in on my unit, and I'm not positive if I can trust his decision about it being part of the problem, but I'm going to go with what he said and get a new unit (though not through them, just on my own).
