"I Highly Recommend Stacy Calahan at Calahan Construction & Air! It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. "The work really took a long time, they have to take all the cabinets down and bring them to their shop, I originally wanted it done before Christmas but they weren't able to finish and got the cabinets after the holidays had gone. But the laying of the tile for the bathroom was very well done and they did a very good on the tile work. I give an "A" Rating for the tile floor installation."

"Mike was great at communicating throughout the process. I do not live in the area so he was great at sending pictures and letting me know what he saw when he assessed the work needing to be done. There was one change order to the original estimate and he was quick to communicate with me so we could come to an agreement on the additional work and costs. I never felt like I did not know what was going on. He was kind enough to send short videos of his work when it was partially done and again when he was finished. I would definitely hire him again for flooring related work."
