"In todayâ s society where you do not know what is a paid for review or a real review it is really hard to make good choices. I have experienced enough false advertisement in my adulthood for 3 lifetimes. This is why I would not leave a review I do not believe to represent fairness and accuracy. With that being said I am happy to leave this kind of review. I found AAA by way of HomeAdvisor and I am so glad I did. I did my research with 6 quotes in total including AAA. They were the absolute best by far. Fair and reasonable. To my surprise the owner Keith was also very kind, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My AC went out on Thursday, August 27th. I first made the mistake of going through my home warranty AHS, and quickly realized that if I did not take it into my own hands I would be without AC for a month. I contacted AAA on 9/1 and had my AC installed by 9/3. The install was seamless. I couldnâ t be happier. I tried the other big companies for quotes and my experience was terrible. I have already referred AAA to friends. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do because they are happy helping you. This is that type of company. Wish there were more companies around like this. That made things this easy. Thank you AAA! Continue to set the standard. I wish you nothing but future success!"

"Went well. The attic stairs we’re broken while removing / installing new furnaces. Dayco without any delay ordered new stairs to be installed. We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair"

"The Morcrief installer was very professional.  He explained the job he was going to do.  He laid down protective cover over my carpet.  He did a very good job installing my new duct work."

"Daniel and Humberto installed my new hvac unit. They were very nice, professional and thorough."

"Robby and his crew were amazing. We are remodeling a 1930's bungalow and it needed a complete new HVAC system, ductwork and all. I talked with at least 5 HVAC companies and found Robby to be the most honest and helpful of all of them. I couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend R Wiley to anyone that needs service or replacement."

"The company was fast, efficient. There was a small problem after installation, and the company responded with in an hour. The minor issue was resolved within 10 minutes. Yes, great company and I give them my highest recommendation."

"Regan was the first technician, in the seven years since our HVAC system was installed, to correctly identify a configuration issue that had been overlooked from the start. He discovered that the system was wired to operate only on Stage 1 instead of both Stage 1 and Stage 2, which had prevented our home from heating and cooling properly all this time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the problem, why it was happening, and what needed to be done to fix it. After ordering the necessary parts, he returned and replaced the control board and dampers, resolving the issue completely. In addition to his technical expertise, Regan was very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. It's rare to find someone who can diagnose a long-standing problem so accurately and explain it so clearly. Tegan did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service."

"Zack and the other technician who installed my AC and heating unit were very professional. They arrived on time and put on booties to cover their shoes before coming into my house. Zack verified the system I was having installed. They laid down traps on the stairs and down the hall. After they had completed the installation, he showed me the new unit and explained what they have installed. Zack explained the new thermostats installed and they cleaned up before leaving. They did an awesome job. The entire experience with Cool Ray starting with the initial technician visit, by Cameron Long, the Comfort Consultant, Esli Lara and the installation by Zack was amazing."
