"Contacted Four Seasons to rod my sewer drain. They came out and stated that they would need to come back the next day with the rod and camera water jet to see what is clogging the line. In order to lock in the amount of almost $1500 and the time of 8am-1pm, I will need to make a down payment of half. I did half. The next day a guy from the company came with only the rod.and when I questioned him about the camera, he ignored me and continued his conversations via phone with others. Later he tells me after I asked again about the camera that I owed the other half $750. I did not pay and informed him that I didn?t get the services that I had made a deposit for in the beginning. He then started that the guys are busy and will be out on Monday 1/12/2026. He stated he went 55ft with rodding. No one came on 1/12/2026. On 1/12/2026 and 1/13/2026 I spoke to 3 managers and a supervisor?Brian, Jenny, and another person who didn?t know Jenny or Bryan and I was told that the rodding was $740 and"

"I had a great experience with their HVAC services. They repaired my electrical baseboard heater quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They also installed our new central A/C system smoothly with no issues at all. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the pricing was fair. Highly satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. "They overcharge. They do not tell you up front that they will charge $89 just to come out (that does not get applied to your bill as most other companies do). The guy took a 30 minute job and stalled around our house for 2 hours because he bills by the hour even though the problem was diagnosed within 2 minutes of his arrival. He was having my wife do his job (bring him buckets, bring him water etc) as if she was his little helper. Then he overcharged us. The company acknowledged this and refunded some money. It was still too much so then they told us we could email them the expired coupon from their website and they'd give us $25. This job should have been about $100-$125 but they more than doubled the national standard charge (over $300!!) to replace the drain tube. He says he cleaned the furnace too, but it's still dirty. I have before and after pictures. He also left the furnace with the pilot light out and the thermal coupler smashed in. I will definitely not use this company again. Dissatisfied with them and with HomeAdvisor. Wish I would've done this job myself. I could have done it for about $10 and in 10 minutes. That's no exaggeration and the technician knows it."

"I received a call from Boris shortly after contacting Angie's List on Wednesday. He said he could do the installation on Saturday noon. At 12:00 (Boris +1) arrived and installed the thermostat efficiently and professionally and at a fair price. Checked that the thermostat was working properly before leaving. They were considerate and put on shoe covering when entering our home. I will call him again when service is needed."
