"Trace did an exceptional job with our installation of 2 garage doors, a double and a single. He was meticulous about his work and kept the workspace clean. We had two rather new openers, so he hooked up the system and it works beautifully. It seals off the area that wasn't sealed with the old 28 year old wood doors. An extra bonus is the new steel Clopay doors have the highest insulation rating and they bring light into the garage by their white interior color. The outside color is a walnut woodgrain s a woodgrain. WE opted for no windows, since we already have an oversized window facing west. Great job, Overhead Garage Door Inc! "The serviceman arrived about the end of the time window to install the garage door opener and it went fine after that.  He installed a repeater so that the opener would work with the Home Link system in my car.  I upgraded to a keyless entry and that cost me an extra $50 but was well worth it.   The Lift Master belt driven garage door opener is really quiet and is so much better than my old screw driven Genie.  The Installer told me that the belt drive had a life time warranty while a chain drive had a 5 year warranty with the chain driven model.  I am really pleased I got the belt drive.  The one thing I noticed is that my Auto's Home Link system used with the repeater is not near as responsive and has a shorter range than the remote provided with the "My Q" system.  The Installer knew what he was doing and made sure that I knew how to program the keyless entry box and how to use the control console before he left.

"John promptly returned my call and we set up an appointment for the next morning to have him take a look at my garage door opener which was not working correctly.  John was able to figure out immediately what was wrong and got the opener working in about 5 minutes.  Since it was such an easy fix he helped me reprogram my opener and also serviced the garage door.  He noticed that when the door was manually lifted it was quite heavy.  He asked me if I had the spring replaced recently and I said yes...about a couple of years ago.  He adjusted the spring and then oiled all the hinges.  Great job.  Highly recommend John for the great work.
