He mentioned that he runs a family business. His niece Megan runs the office and his son Joe manages their pool service operations. I decided that PJ provided the best value and contracted with him. He helped to meet the Cook County Health and Building/Zoning permit requirements. A couple months later we have our dream pool. PJ worked with several teams to complete the numerous steps it takes to finish an inground pool installation project. Most of his teams have been working with PJ for over 20 years and I witnessed the experience first hand, as they meticulously measured and executed on each phase. PJ is hands on and directed the most important activities during the installation. PJ is personable, responsive and passionate about his work. As I had questions, he was always quick to reply. I recommend PJ very highly."

"The project went very well from the sales support to installation.  I picked out the new cover and the gas logs at their store.  Ed was very knowledgable and offered good suggestions.  A rep came out and did the measurements, order was placed and the install happened  about three weeks later.  Installer was efficient, and kept the workplace clean.  He explained how to work the gas logs.  The new cover looks great. <br /> <br />"

"They did a FANTASTIC job.  The piece repair ranged in price from $20 to $400 -- depending on the level of damage, the intricacy of the silver work and the size.  The pieces are restored to the quality of new pieces.  They gave excellent advice about the care of the pieces.  When I pressed for additional solutions, they offered to hand make storage bags (to prevent oxidation) and charged only a nominal fee.  Seeing the beauty of some of the pieces transported me back to when they belonged to my grandmother.  I am now planning to have additional pieces done because the work was so well done -- and I didn't realize how amazing it would be to have them back in high quality. <br />"

"Another vendor had installed three new doors, with 6 locks, in connection with remodeling a sun room and adding a shed. We wanted the locks fixed so that all would operate with the same key that opens the locks on our old doors, so we wouldn't have to carry so many keys. Turns out that the old Williamsburg-style deadlock on our front door required a cylinders that was not compatible with the locks on the new doors. Fortunately, the two other doors could take replacement cylinders that would work with the same key as the new locks. So now we will have to carry two keys, but at least we will never need to use two different keys to gain access."
